PRIVACY POLICY

HRP Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10.7.2026

Health Reclamation Project (“HRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us through our website, healthreclamationproject.com (the “Site”), and our related online memberships, courses, and community spaces. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This Privacy Policy applies to our website and online offerings. It does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs how we handle protected health information (PHI) in connection with clinical services that are billed to insurance. If you are a client or patient of those services, please refer to our Notice of Privacy Practices, provided at intake and available on request. [HRP to confirm HIPAA status and provide the Notice of Privacy Practices.]

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing or shipping address, account login details, messages, form submissions, newsletter sign ups, event registrations, and your community profile and posts.

Health and wellness information you choose to share, such as intake forms, health history, goals, laboratory and functional test results, and information you share during visits, coaching, or consultations.

Payment and insurance information. Payments are processed by Squarespace and its payment partners, and HRP does not store your full card number. We keep records of what you purchased and limited billing details. If you use an insurance-billed service, we also collect the insurance information needed to bill for it.

Automatically collected information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and how you interact with our Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties, such as laboratory partners that send us your results, scheduling tools, and the platforms that host our memberships and community.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide our services, memberships, courses, community, and events

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule appointments

  • Order tests, review results, and support your care or coaching

  • Process payments and manage your account

  • Communicate with you about our services and send newsletters or updates if you have opted in

  • Improve our Site, programs, and your experience

  • Keep our community safe and enforce our Terms

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Your Information

We share information only as needed to run HRP and serve you, including with:

  • Service providers that help us operate, such as Squarespace (our website, store, payments, and some memberships and videos), Circle (our community, courses, and larger memberships), and our email and scheduling tools [HRP to list]

  • Laboratory partners, including Quest Diagnostics and functional testing laboratories, when we order tests for you

  • Our clinicians and care team who support your care or coaching

  • Insurance companies, when you use an insurance-billed service and we bill on your behalf

  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety

  • A successor, if HRP is ever involved in a sale or reorganization

  • Others with your consent

Where Your Information Lives: Squarespace and Circle

Some of our memberships and videos are hosted on Squarespace, and some of our larger memberships, community spaces, and courses are hosted on Circle. You may have separate accounts on each, and each platform has its own privacy policy that we encourage you to read. Posts you make in community spaces can be seen by other members.

Health Information and HIPAA

If you receive insurance-billed clinical services from HRP, the protected health information created in connection with that care is handled under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, not only this Privacy Policy. Health related information you share through our Site, memberships, or community outside of that setting may not be protected by HIPAA, but we treat it with care and use it only as described here.

Please keep in mind that regular email and text messages are not always secure. Where a secure client portal is available, we encourage you to use it for anything related to your health, and please avoid posting sensitive details in community spaces.

Cookies and Analytics

Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and improve functionality. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the Site may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information for as long as we need it to provide our services, meet legal and record keeping requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Choices and Rights

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to learn more about how it is used. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity first, and certain records, such as clinical records, must be kept for the period required by law.

Third Party Links and Services

Our Site may link to third party platforms, including laboratory partners, dispensaries, scheduling tools, and event partners. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them before submitting personal information.

Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not directed toward children under 13, and our memberships and services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
