Health Reclamation Project: Terms of Service

Last updated: 10.7.2026

Welcome to healthreclamationproject.com (the “Site”), operated by [Legal Entity Name], doing business as Health Reclamation Project (“HRP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting or using this Site, or by purchasing a membership, service, or product through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site.

About HRP

HRP is a community, education, and clinic platform. Through the Site we offer educational content, memberships, courses, community access, clinic services, coaching, laboratory and functional testing, supplements, products, and events. Some of our offerings are clinical and some are educational or coaching only. These Terms explain the difference so you always know what you are getting.

No Medical Advice

The content on this Site and in our memberships, courses, videos, downloads, and community spaces is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be interpreted as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing here is a substitute for a one on one relationship with a qualified healthcare provider.

Please do not ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or watched through HRP. Always speak with your own qualified provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication, supplement, peptide, diet, exercise program, or treatment.

No Provider-Patient Relationship From Site Use

Using this Site, submitting a form, joining a membership or community, purchasing a course, or booking an appointment does not, by itself, create a provider-patient relationship. A provider-patient relationship is only established once you have completed intake, an HRP clinician has agreed to provide clinical services to you, and any required consents and documentation are in place. A membership provides educational and community access and does not by itself include clinical care.

Emergency Disclaimer

This Site is not intended for use in a medical emergency. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide or self-harm, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) for immediate support. Messages sent through the Site, by email, or by text are not monitored around the clock.

Clinical Services, Coaching, and Consultations

  • Clinic services such as intakes, lab reviews, and clinical follow-ups are provided by licensed clinicians within the scope of their licenses. A full intake is required before scheduling a clinical follow-up.

  • Coaching is educational and behavior support. It is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

  • General consultation calls (such as our “Ask Me Everything” calls) are conversations for general guidance. Unless a service description says otherwise, they are not follow-up visits and do not include chart review, a medical assessment, a written plan, or ongoing care.

  • We may decline, pause, or end services, or refer you to another provider, when we believe it is in your best interest or outside the scope of what we offer.

  • We do our best to support you, but we cannot guarantee any particular result.

Service Availability by State

Clinical services, laboratory ordering, and testing are subject to the laws of the state where you are located. At this time, we are unable to order laboratory testing for clients in New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. Clients in those states may still complete a full intake and share recent labs for review, and functional tests can still be shipped to those states. Availability may change over time, and you agree to give us accurate information about where you are located.

Laboratory and Functional Testing

Laboratory tests are performed by independent third party laboratory partners, and functional tests (such as OAT, DUTCH, and GI-MAP) are performed by their own laboratories. These partners operate under their own terms and policies, and we do not control their turnaround times, availability, or processes. Test results are only one piece of the picture and are not a diagnosis on their own. Testing fees are separate from clinician time unless your package states otherwise.

Supplements, Peptides, and Protocols

Educational materials, protocols, and discussions about supplements, peptides, nutrition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle are informational. Individual results vary. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any prescription therapy or peptide discussed as part of clinical care is considered only after appropriate evaluation by a licensed clinician and only where permitted by law. You are responsible for checking with your own provider about whether something is right for you, including any medications, conditions, or sensitivities you have. Third party retailers and dispensaries that we link to operate under their own terms.

Insurance-Based Services

Most HRP offerings are cash pay. Memberships, courses, coaching, testing, events, and other cash pay services are not billed to insurance, and HRP does not guarantee reimbursement from any insurer. Some clinical services may be billed to insurance [HRP to confirm and list which services]. For those services, you are responsible for confirming your coverage, and for any copays, deductibles, or amounts your insurance does not cover. You agree to provide accurate insurance information.

Payments

Prices are shown at checkout and are charged in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed through Squarespace and its payment partners. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us to charge it. HRP does not store your full card number. We may change prices for future purchases, and applicable taxes will be added where required. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is resolved.

Memberships and Recurring Billing

  • Memberships renew automatically on the schedule shown at checkout (for example, monthly) until you cancel. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

  • You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing us. To avoid the next charge, please cancel before your next billing date. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

  • We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.

  • If we change the price of a recurring membership, we will give you notice [at least 30 days] before the new price applies to you.

  • Memberships are personal to you. Please do not share your login with others.

  • Member perks, such as discounts on eligible services, may change over time and apply only to the services they are listed for.

  • Some membership content is hosted on Squarespace and some on Circle. You may be asked to create or log in to more than one account.

  • Annual and bundled programs (such as Health365) are paid in full or according to the plan shown at checkout. Included visits, labs, and services must be used within the program term. Unused services expire at the end of the term and are not refundable or transferable. Support through messaging is meant for non-urgent questions, and typical response times are [HRP to confirm].

  • Gift cards are for membership only, have no cash value, and are non-refundable.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

[DRAFT NOTE: This is a temporary standard policy to hold in place until HRP reviews and finalizes its own. Remove this note before publishing.]

  • Appointments: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session fee and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services, memberships, courses, digital products, events, retreats, or programs, except where required by law or where HRP cancels.

  • If HRP cancels or reschedules: we will offer you a new time, a credit, or a refund for the affected session or event, at our discretion.

  • Lab and test orders: once a test has been ordered or a kit has shipped, it is non-refundable.

  • Physical products: [shipping and returns terms to be added if the store sells physical goods].

  • Billing mistakes: if you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days and we will happily look into it.

  • Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Events, Workshops, and Retreats

Registration fees are subject to the Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy above. Event details, speakers, and venues may change, and we may cancel or reschedule an event, in which case we will offer a credit or refund. Participation is voluntary, and some activities involve physical movement, so you are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you. Some events may require a separate waiver. We may take photos or video at events for use by HRP unless you let us know in writing that you would like to opt out. Third party venues and partners operate under their own terms.

Community Guidelines

Our community spaces, including those hosted on Circle, exist for education, support, and connection. To keep them safe and welcoming, please:

  • Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and promotion of unrelated products or services are not allowed.

  • Do not give medical advice to other members, and do not share another person’s private information.

  • Remember that community posts are visible to other members and are not private health communications. Please do not post details you want kept confidential.

We may moderate or remove content and suspend access when these guidelines are not followed. You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give HRP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and share your content within the community and on HRP platforms, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.
